Hallo an alle Kameraden,

bevor es mit dem Nachschub für diverse Feldzüge losgeht ein paar persönliche Worte:

Ich bin wie die meisten hier auch militärhistorisch interessiert und spiele ab und zu auch mal eine schöne Simulation. Nebenbei war auch bis vor kurzem Modellbau (Panzer 1:35 und Flugzeug 1:48) mein Hobby. Ein gewisser Wendepunkt war vor einigen Jahren Panzer General, nicht die tolle Grafik und auch keine Egoshooter Action. Eigenartigerweise hatte ich aber hier einen Langzeitspielspaß und so bin ich der Strategiesimulation treu geblieben. 2012 hatte mir mein Kumpel das erste Mal Panzer Korps Wehrmacht gezeigt und so war ich sofort wieder Feuer und Flamme.

Auf den Internetseiten bin ich dann auch auf die DesModPro Seite gestoßen, wobei mir dort schon die Namen Churchlakecity, Puma und andere durch ihre Veröffentlichungen auffielen. Bei Slith... war das hauptsächlich Guille, mit dem ich inzwischen einen regen Modding- Mailverkehr pflege. Ein großes Erlebnis hatte ich dann durch Zombiehunter, der in seinem Artikel das Gestalten eines Icons mit einer Grafiksoftware zeigte. Daraufhin habe ich mit GIMP meine ersten Erfahrungen (April 2013) gesammelt und bin seitdem ein großer Fan von dieser Software.

Ich habe auch schon Erfahrungen mit dem Basteln eigener Szenarios (Peenemünde 1945, Kreta 1941) und einer Kampagne (Seelöwe 1945, leider noch nicht fertig) gesammelt. Richtig klasse finde ich dabei den Weg über Google Map die Basiskarte im Editor zu erstellen. Am meisten Spaß macht mir aber tatsächlich das Gestalten, entweder einer neuen Einheit, das Updaten davon oder auch z.B. eines neuen Startscreens. Manchmal bin ich auch selber ein Pixelhunter, aber das gehört wahrscheinlich auch dazu. So und nun zu den Inhalten...bin ansonsten keine Labertasche...

1. Recognition of the forum rules
a) By registering or logging in to the "Streitmacht Forum", the user accepts the rules listed under the menu item "Forenregeln" on the home page and undertakes to comply with them.
b) Every user of the forum is obliged to keep up to date with the rules of the forum.
c) The " Streitmacht" team reserves the right to update the forum rules at any time. If there is no objection within 14 days after the update, your consent is deemed to have been tacitly given.

2. Legal framework for writing articles
a) The operator only provides the platform for the exchange of information or for the "Streitmacht Forum". The author is generally responsible for the content of the contributions. When creating the contributions, the user assures that the content of the contribution cannot be asserted by third parties.
b) The publication of book and newspaper articles is e.g. only allowed with the express permission of the respective rights holder. Furthermore, the operators of the armed forces forum cannot be used for any legal claims by third parties or resale rights claims by third parties that they may have due to a violation of their rights, e.g. Assert patent and copyrights or other legal violations against the “Streitmacht Forum”.
c) By posting content, you give the moderators and administrators of the “Streitmacht Forum” the right to modify, move, block or, if necessary, delete posts at their own discretion and without your prior consent.

3. Copyright
a) All works, including among others Articles from magazines or excerpts from websites, books, letters or e-mails, photos, recipes, etc. are fundamentally subject to copyright.
b) The prerequisite for the publication of works protected by copyright in the “Streitmacht Forum” is the consent or consent of the author or rights holder. This consent must be presented to the administrators or moderators without being asked.
c) The consent of the administrators / moderators is also required if images, graphics, etc., in particular the texts or text excerpts as well as the logo of the “Streitmacht Forum”, are to be used for one's own purposes.
d) With the publication of a work in the " Streitmacht Forum", the post creator grants the forum owners an unrestricted right of use of his work according to §31 Copyright Act. With the publication, the author waives any monetary legal claims that may arise from the use of his work.

4. Use of avatars (user pictures) and integration of photos
a) Before an avatar (user picture) is uploaded and used by a forum user, he must ensure that no copyrights are infringed (see point 3).
b) When integrating photos and animated images, in addition to copyrights, ensure that the size and, in particular, the number of uses does not exceed the usual level.
c) The consent of the administrators is also required if images, graphics, etc., in particular the texts or text excerpts as well as the logo of the “Streitmacht Forum”, are to be used for one's own purposes.
d) The operators of the “Streitmacht Forum” reserve the right to remove images from the forum without giving reasons and, if necessary, to delete them from the forum server.

5. Rules of conduct
a) Each user undertakes to protect the personal rights of the other and not to publish any offensive, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, violence-glorifying, xenophobic or otherwise criminal content in this forum. When writing articles, private messages or e-mails, it is usually common for all users to use their name among themselves. This should not be taken as a lack of respect.
b) Should a dispute nevertheless arise between individual forum participants, it must be resolved outside the public area of the forum by email or PN and, if possible, resolved. It is at the discretion of the "Streitmacht Forum" team to judge when the line from a normal discussion to a dispute has been exceeded.
c) Posts that violate the forum rules can be reported to the "Streitmacht Forum" team for review by any registered user using the "report" function in the post view.
d) The publication of private data, e.g. Full name (first and last name), address, e-mail address and in particular the telephone or mobile phone number are prohibited in the forum for data protection reasons.
e) Obvious attacks and discussions against individual forum members are prohibited.
f) Moderator decisions are to be accepted without any further discussion. In the event of a violation, a timeout or a permanent exclusion from the forum can ensue.
g) An objection to the moderators' decisions can only be lodged with the forum owner.

6. Advertising
The dissemination of direct and indirect advertising via this website is not permitted - be it in the forum, via private messages or via corresponding references in the personal profile. Every case that comes to our knowledge is followed up. We then demand the submission of a declaration of cease and desist with penalties due to violation of § 3 / § 4 UWG and these forum guidelines. Furthermore, the user is made liable for any disadvantages that the forum incurs as a result of the placement of its advertising content

7. Multiple accounts
a) Every user above the rank of NCO is given the opportunity to register additional accounts. NCOs and sergeants can register 1 additional account. Officer cadets and officers 2 secondary accounts. Staff officers 3 secondary accounts and generals unlimited secondary accounts. All users in lower ranks can change their armed forces, armed forces or nation at any time upon request to the Dekoration team. (without loss of rank or similar)
b) Additional accounts must be registered with the armed forces team immediately and may only be used in role play. They are color-coded via a group (Streitmacht secondary characters) and it is to be noted in the account profile (profile field "main account") to whom they belong. Violation will result in a warning!
c) Secondary accounts can have any rank, as long as this does not exceed the rank of the main account. This may belong to any ranking group, there are no restrictions on nation, armed forces or type of service.
d) Medals and awards can also be awarded up to the level of the main account. In consultation with the Decoration team and only in the case of special services or from the role play, the rank and medal of a secondary account can be adjusted. (This may also be accompanied by role play as a promotion or award)
e) Additional accounts are not explicitly marked. Official decorations are only given to the main account!

8. Warning, deletion or blocking of users
If a user violates the forum rules, the moderator or administrator team reserves the right to issue a warning to the user at any time, to block or delete the user. The user is not entitled to use the "Streitmacht Forum".

9. Insults
Here is an important note: Insults, defamation and defamation are not only absolutely forbidden here in the forum, but are also a criminal offense according to the penal code!
-§ 185 Insult
The offense is punished with imprisonment for up to one year or with a fine and, if the offense is committed by assault, with imprisonment for up to two years or with a fine.

-§ 187 Defamation
Anyone who, against their better judgment, asserts or disseminates an untrue fact in relation to another, which is likely to make the same contemptible or demeanor in public opinion or to jeopardize his credit, is punished with imprisonment for up to two years or with a fine and, if the act committed publicly, in a meeting or by distributing writings (§ 11 nr. 3), punishable by imprisonment of up to five years or a fine.
Even if it is supposed to be anonymous, this forum is not an unlawful space and any insult, be it public or via private message, can be prosecuted if it is reported. If someone is insulted, they can contact the administrators, who will hand over the corresponding IP address to the public prosecutor's office for identification.

10. Nicknames
Member names (nicknames) must not violate any trademark, trademark or naming rights (German BGB § 12). Also strictly commercial (e.g. product name or URL), vulgar, hostile or otherwise offensive nicknames are prohibited. Misuse of titles, job titles and badges is also punishable according to German StGB § 132a. If the use of the nickname constitutes a legal violation, the user is liable for this himself. Every user is responsible for any legal violations. If a forum member wishes to change his nickname for personal reasons, everyone with the change request should contact the administrators.

Germany
Germany has conquered Scandinavia, Western Europe (except Great Britain) and the Balkans and is currently at war with Great Britain in Libya.

Soviet Union
The Soviet Union has annexed Finland and Mongolia and is (still) fighting Japan on the Chalchin Gol. There is a neutral relationship with Germany.

United States
Neutral, friends with Great Britain.

England
England is at war with Germany by land, air and sea in North Africa, as well as in the air over Europe and by sea on all the world's seas.

Italy
Ally of Germany and also fights against England in North Africa.

Japan
Wages war in the Pacific (not yet against the USA) and against the Soviet Union on Chalchin Gol.
