Regeln / Rules

Regeln im Sowjetischem Bereich / Rules in the Soviet area

Optional (Achtung deutsche Gegenseite!)

Stand 7. Januar 1946

1. The official language in the soviet corner is german.
If an international User is writting with you, please answer in english.

2. Misanthropic statements in the connection with the "Role Play Game" (RPG) are prohibited and will be punished by the administration.
The fact that the RPG will inevitably have a "left charm" is taken into account and is also supported.

3. Also in the RPG it is forbidden to refer to the "German opposite side" as fascists or with similar terms.
Even if something like this is not meant seriously, you should keep the limits.
In addition, we are playing a non - historical scenario in which the military has the power in Germany.

4. In the Soviet area of the RPG, as with the armed forces, only Soviet ranks may be worn,
if you want to hold a command. A second account can also be used for this.

5. It is possible to take on political offices, but with legitimations and according to the size of the rank.

Optional (Attention GRU! / Parallel German unit: “Feldgendarmerie / GESTAPO”)
It is also possible to display a RPG character such as to take over the GRU. Otherwise there are no limits for now.

6. You are welcome to use historical figures in the RPG and to interact with them. There are three points to consider.
- These people must still be alive. The non-historical begins after 1938.
- War criminals (including people who have authorized / ordered the rapes and murders since 1917) are forbidden to be used.
- The position of the person must be taken into a logical level. A historical correct acting general cannot become a secretary or a shoeshine boy.

7. The Soviet area has - currently - no general staff or a political high leveled office by players.
It is possible to create something like this, but only after prior agreement with the High Command of the “Streitmacht Forum” (STM-OKS) and with sufficient personnel.
The STM-OKS has the final decision on a strategic and diplomatic level.

8. There is strict confidentiality. What happens in the Soviet area cannot easily be told on the German opposing side or in the area of the „Streitmacht Forum “.

Optional (attention German opposite side!)
Only department “Abteilung IIIb” (including the department of “Propaganda”) can, after consultation with STM-OKS and the members of the Soviet area, pass on / publish information within a reasonable framework.

Status as of January 7, 1946
