THE NEW RULES MUST BE AKTIVATED (Version 1.20 or 1.21 or 1.22)!
Modifikation of the "new rules" settings for more fun and realizm:
- Zone of Control = ZOC" for air units is deactivated (now like by land units)
- Overstrength cost, in percent of ordinary elite replacements cost, is deactivated
- Upgrade cost, in percent of new unit cost reduced from 100% to 70% of the new unit
- Soft cap is deactivated (now full / not reduced prestige for conquest of a city with the overpowered units)
- Lose Overstrenght when upgrading is deactivated
(Other "new rules",
such as the one resulting prestige for himself units gets;
that ground units in "close terrain" as cities have a bonus against air attacks,
or the refreshed during the battle units are "suppressed" in the next round, are kept activated)
