Small review of a web shop I tried

If they ignore basic questions or reply with copy pasted text, I become suspicious. Forums, blogs and communities create a kind of collective memory for shoppers. Otherwise they become clutter in the closet after the trend is over. A product that still looks good after a few months is more impressive than something only good on arrival.

Over the last months I noticed that some of my favorite items are not the most expensive ones. If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability. Otherwise they become clutter in the closet after the trend is over.
