hello im having the same problem downloading 4.2 the most ive got to was 310 thank for any help regards Grizzly

I have updated our download plugin to a new version, which should now enable to download big files, even with lower bandwidths.

i only got to 82.7 meg download that time

hi i have tried 5 times now and cant get anymore thank 82.7 or it just stops at 53 and says its complete but its not
on the old plugin i got to 302 meg

im on 26 download speeds on my line so its not a bandwidth problem

its very strange cant even resume when it stops it just seems to block the connection

Short update from technical side:
The download of big files should be fixed now.
The downside is, that our current Ostfront 4.2 seems to be corrupted in the progress.
We'll have to upload it again, which might take a bit.

Ostfront 4.0 Download should work though.

Lassen sich solche Probleme wenigstens temporär auf Seiten der Nutzer mit Download-Manager-Tools/ Programmen umgehen?

Kämpfe gerade selbst damit, nein funktioniert auch nicht.

ich habe ebenfalls die Downloadprobleme beim Ostfront 4.2 Download.
gestern sagte mir ein Freund, dass er ebenfalls dieses problem hatte.
Er hat dann die "fehlerhafte", oder angeblich fehlerhafte Datei entpackt, ich tat es ihm gleich und siehe da, es läuft.
Zumindest bisher.

Ich teste heute Nachmittag mal den Download. Letztes Jahr ging es noch fehlerfrei.

Bei mit stoppt der Download nach einer Minute bei 111 MB/sek bzw. 37 MB/sek und zeigt noch sechs weitere Minuten an.
Mit meinen früher 6 MB/sek hat es komplett nur 90 Sekunden gedauert ?

Okay, ich hatte jetzt tatsächlich auch Probleme bei dem großen fast 600 mb Download bei Ostfront. Der Download stockte bei unterschiedlichen Stellen und lief nicht weiter (mal bei 539 MB, mal bei 481 mb).
Offenbar machte das Download-Verfahren Probleme. Hab dieses jetzt umgestellt, jetzt läuft der Download wieder bei mir durch.
Der Nachteil: Es wird jetzt keine Restzeit mehr angezeigt... Aber das ist hoffentlich verkraftbar, wenn man dafür alle Daten erhält.

Ich habe es eben probiert, nach zwei Minuten war das Teil (Gesamtpaket) geladen.
